Forged check valves are available in swing, piston, lift and ball types. Bonnet and body connected by options of Bolted Bonnet, Welded Bonnet & Pressure Seal Bonnet. Shape of body has T & Y shape for option.
Design and manufacturing according to BS 5352, MSS SP-118.
Connection according to:
Socket welded according to ANSI B16.11
Screw end according to ANSI B1.20.1
Butt-welded end according to ANSI B16.25
Flange end according to ANSI B16.5.
Test & inspection according to API 598,
Materials conform to ANSI/ASTM.
Main materials: A105, A105; LF2; F5; F11; F22; 304L; 316L; F347; F321; F51; Monel; 20 alloy, etc.
Size: from 1/4 inch to 2 inch.
Pressure: from Class 1500 to Class 2500.
