Machining: 4 sets CNC lathe with +/-0.015mm tolerance only by turning

Size: From 10g to 45kg each piece
Surface finish treatment: Variable such as zinc-plating; Chrome-plating, electro-polishing, mirror-polishing, brush-p olishing, chemical black, powder coating, case harden etc...
Assembly:
Stainless steel ball valves for 1-PC, 2-PC, 3-PC and pneumatic by investment casting, machining, aseembly and pressure-testing;
Stainless steel quick connection couplings from 1/2'' to 6'' by investment casting, machining and assembly in house
Pivot hinges by investment casting, machining, brush-polishing and assembly in house;
Extreme bearings by investment casting, machining, brush-polishing and assembly in house;
Technical and engineering
5 Engineers with 7 to 20 years working experience;
3 quality control people with more than 7 years working experience;
2 technicians with more than 5 years working experience.
