Fixed ball valve can be used in Class150~Class1500\PN16~PN100\JIS 10K~JIS 20K of the pipelines and is used to cut off or connect the media in the pipeline. Different substances can be applied twater, steam, oil, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidative media and urea It can be widely used in chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgical and other industries. The driving mode of the fixed ball valve can be divided into manual, pneumatic or electric mode. Generally, the fixed ball valve use flange connection as well as welded connection.

Dual function of blocking and emissions
Regardless of the fully open or tightly close condtition, the fixed ball valve adopts the spring pre-fixed floating valve seat. The upstream and downstream sides of the seat block the flow of the fluids; The stranded substances in the body are discharged through relief valve.
Automatic pressure relief feature
While the temperature goes up to boost the pressure, the media stranded in the cavity of the valve can automatically discharge pressure through valve seat instead of passing safety valve. This is very important in maintaining the valve safety during the transmission of fluid in the media.
Fire-proof Safety Structure
Valves have fire-proof safety feature. Its design, maufacture accords to API 607 and API 6FA specifications.
Sealed Resin Grease Injection
As a result of unexpected ineffectiveness of seat caused by the fire or the strange matter in the media, grease injection valve provides grease guns which can rapidly inject grease into the seat sealing parts to prevent leakage.
Reliable Stem Sealing and Low Operating Torque
In addition to the setting standard sealing ring, the packing gland also installs "O" type seal. The double seal ensures the reliability of the valve stem seals and the additional graphite filler. The sealed grease is injected to prevent the leakage to the minimum size. Stem sliding bearing and thrust bearing help the valve operate in an easy way.
Full Diamater or Shorten Diameter
Choose the approporiate full diameter or shorten diameter structure. The full bore valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, so that it is convenient for the clearance of the pipeline.
Stem can be lengthened
According to the need of installation or operation, the stem can be lengthened. The lengthening of the ball valve is especially suitable for the cities where gas needs to be burried in the pipeline. The size of the lengthening is decided by customers.

Temperature and pressure limitations
Name shows the maximum and minimum operating temperature of the maximum allowable operating pressure.
With the RTFE or PTFE material of the valve seat and sealing, the working temperature should limit between-290C to 2000C. Other types of operating temperature of valve seats and sealing, the plant should be subject to the examination of KI.
Nominal pressure of the valve may indicate the maximum working pressure in the normal temperature condition. ( For example: PN4.0, indicating its operating temperature is -290C ~ 380C when the maximum working pressure is 40 Bar (4.0MPa).
