Application
Butterfly valve of quick coupling is self researched and developed (patent No. ZL2006 2 0093136.2), applicable to water supply and drainage pipeline in metallurgy, mining, chemical power, water conservancy and biology industry as regulating and closure device.
Peration Principle
The joint sealing ring will be slipped on the valve and the top circle for the short tube joint end before it is clamped by pipe clip and bound onto its cylinder for a specific pressure to ensure no leakage from the pipeline. The two hoops of th valve and short tube joint are right located in the pipe clip to prevent asial movement. The short tube joint and pipeline may be welded together upon installation and in case of disasserrbly. The clip bolts of the pipe clip will be unfastered to be removed and rubber sealing ring slipped on the pipeline so that the valve may be reduced easily.
Features
The specially made quick coupling makes connection, installation, or disassembly easy and fast, helpful in replacement and repair.
The flexible connection may serve as expansion joint.
