Operating principle:
The mixer is composed of a casing and a mixing pump gear, which consists of rotor and stator, are mounted vertically. The suction side has a double-wall tube that keeps the inlet of solids separate from that of liquids, thus avoiding the formation of clots before the material enters the casing.
The liquid enters the mixing chamber at a high velocity, thereby creating a vacuum in the center of the mixing pump gear, which causes the suction of the solids. The fall of the solids can be regulated by means of a valve situated at the bottom of the hopper.
Application:
The machine can be applied in petrifaction, paint, dyestuff, dope, pharmacy, grease, fine chemical, foods and beverage industries. For powder and liquid application, the machine can disperse and dissolve high adherent and high solid percentage products easily. For liquid and liquid application, the machine can emulsify grease, liquid and reagent, and shear cellularities. For gaseity, liquid and solid application, the machine can mix and disperse products with absorbing, dissolving and extracting. It also has the ability to transfer products.

It has brief design and multiple functions. It can rapidly and evenly mix multiple solid materials without contacting the air. The mixer can reach intensive mixing and the medium can be recycled. The medium is dispersed, sheared and emulsified by the mixer in the shortest time, and the diameter range of the particles gets smaller so that fine and stable products are produced. With advanced design, fine manufacturing, high production efficiency and durable use, the mixer has obtained stale patent.
