As the seat of directly buried type welded ball valve is constituted by carbide Teflon seal ring and spring, so it is able to adapt to the change of pressure and temperature, there will be no drainage within the pressure and temperature range.
The manufacturing process of directly buried type welded ball valve is with advanced computer monitor trace detection, so there is a high machining accuracy of the ball.
As the body material is the same as pipe material, there will be no unbalanced stress and no distortion due to earthquake and the vehicle passing through the ground. The pipeline is resistant to aging.
Sealing ring uses 20% C (carbon) content of PTFE material, to guarantee completely no leakage (0%)
Buried type welded ball valve can be directly buried underground, don't have to build a high valve shaft, only need to build a small shallow shaft, which can greatly save the construction cost and the project time
