Double-eccentric design, torque seal. C-pattern ball valve is developed for transporting the liquid-solid medium containing solid particles and ash, gas-solid medium or high viscous, high fiber medium.
Due to the presence of solid particles and ash, ash deposition and fouling phenomena always appear, when the fluid temperature, flow rate or other factors change(s), and also accompanied by high temperature and pressure, strong wear, easy to scour and other issues. And some phenomena will accrue on the valves in using, such as switch difficulties, jam, sealing leakage and so on. C-pattern ball valve can avoid these problems completely. It has lots of advantages, such as small torque, reliable sealing, self-cleaning performance during operation, anti-scaling, deposit-free, wear resistance, abrasion resistance, long service life and so on. It can solve the switch difficult, easy slag accumulation fouling, easy to scour, easy to wear and other technical problems. It can replace the metal-seated ball valve, wear-resisting gate valve, orbit ball valve, traditional semi-ball valve, etc. That will also reduce the maintenance cost, improve the reliability and extend the life cycle.
