Fixed ball valve uses advanced spring preload floating valve seat assembly. The design mechanism of upstream seal can ensure the seal no matter in low pressure, high pressure, vacuum. Each valve has two valve seats, two direction can be sealed, so the installation haven't direction restriction, no matter which end can be the valve upstream end for it is a two-way valve.
When fixed ball valve is in the fully closed state, the fluid will be completely blocked by the upstream and downstream seat, so the medium and stagnation of dirt in the cavity can be discharged. And this can reduce damage of the dirt on the valve sealing surface so as to prolong the life of the valve.
The fixed ball valve uses spring preload valve seat, when the pressure of stagnant medium in the cavity boost abnormally, the spring will be compressed and release pressure automatically.

And it will play the role of instantaneous seal. Comply with API6FA or API607.When valve seat and valve stem seal system are damaged, sealing grease can be injected through the grease injection to valve and temporarily seal the valve.

According to the need of installation and operation, the valve stem can be lengthened. The extension stem ball valve is particularly suitable for occasions when city gas pipeline buried-laying. Long stem size according to customer needs to be determined.
Using the Teflon (TEFLON) valve seat and stem bearing with small friction coefficient and good self lubrication can greatly reduce the valve operating torque. Therefore, even if in the case of no grease, the operation of valve is also very flexible.
