Cast steel globe valves
Characteristics:
1. Weld-in seat ring, Seat ring is seal welded to eliminate leak path.
2. Body is cast with heavy sections reinforced at points subjected to the greatest stress.
3. Disc Stem Ring connects the disc to the stem, permitting the disc to swivel and aid in securing tight seating and trouble-free service.
4. Stem has long engagement with yoke bushing for accurate alignment of seat sealing.
Technical conditions and materials:
1. Applicable size: DN15 to DN600
2. Applicable temperature: -25 to 450 centigrade
3. Valve body: Carbon steel
4. Valve bonnet: Carbon steel
5. Valve disc: Carbon steel
6. Metal to metal seat, API internals
7. Valve stem: Stainless steel.
