Instruction
The ceramic ball valve is suitalbe for the high hardness particles, or soft particles but corrosive medium. The surface contact with the medium are all structure ceramic with high chemical stability and hardness, only next to diamond.
Therefore the ceramic ball valve is strong abrasive resistance, corrosion and erosion resistance, with good heat insulation and small thermal expansion.
The ball valve is made with advanced good grinding and processing equipment, the high-precision and good sealing surface made the valve more durable and reliable.

Feature
1. Use the high performance zirconia ceramic material, and cold isostatic pressing, high temperature sintering, precision machining. Part with good compactness and high precision dimensional and geometric.
2. High hardness (RHA87--92), mechanical strength, with high corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature performance.
3. Ball core and seat are made of zirconia ceramics, the friction coefficient is small, reliable sealing.
4. All parts in contact with the medium are structural ceramic materials, its high chemical stability and hardness (Rockwell hardness HRC90), only next to the diamond. Therefore, the valve has a very high resistance to abrasion, corrosion, erosion resistance and good heat insulation, low thermal expansion.
