Introduction
Generally, there is about 2 vol % of dissolved Air in water. In the process of water delivery, the dissolved air constantly released by water, gathered at the high points in pipeline, it forms "Air pocket" to make water delivery difficult. Therefore, water delivery capacity of water system will fall about 5-15%. The main function of the automatic air valve is to exhaust the 2VOL% of dissolved air.
ARCX, ARDX series compound lever automatic exhaust valve. Due to tight afterburning purpose of compound lever, under high pressure, it can synchronously make floating ball and water level go down and achieve the effect of normal air exhaust. There it has superior air exhaust performance under high pressure. Meanwhile, compared with traditional similar air valve, the jam resistance and sealing performance is greatly improved. The valve series is suitable to work under condition of high pressure, generally pressure is more than PN16. It can be installed in high-rise buildings, pipelines of factory, small pumping station, etc. It is used to protect or improve water delivery efficiency of water system and save energy. The main internal parts include floating ball components, compound lever components, Toplug, sealing seat, etc. And they are all made from stainless steel. It can work under pressure "0.02~2.5MPa" .
