The model D-32, D1-32 multiple directional control valve is a kind of hydraulic proportionately--controlled multiple directional control valve which is the conponent domestically--manufactured for introduced American Caterpillar model 950, 966 and 980 wheel loaders. The valve only consists of two pieces and three piece valves, and the three pieces valve is used in the multi-use main machine with auxiliary mechanism. Its features are high in pressure and large in flow, applicable to such engineering machinery as large-sized loaders, bulldozers and fork trucks. The difference between the model D1-32 and D-32 is minor modification in appearance, installing and connecting dimensions.
The features:
1. Small in operating force and convenient in speed control.
2. The proportional property of Q type spool function is the same with that of the three positions valve. The fourth position function is performed by pilot operated make up valve. The models of auxiliary piloting valve are DJS2--TD. DDB or DJS3--TD. DDB. TT or DJS2. Z-TD. DDB.
3. Complete auxiliary functions. Overload valves and make up valves can be installed at each working port. The safety valve has good opening--closing characteristic with low refilling pressure.
4. The port dimensions comply with ISO/DI6162 and ISO6419 and the port with type a complies with SAE standard.
5. The two-piece valve can be parallel connected.
