Introduction:

1. Low torque, quick switches
A guide sleeve made of high-intensity nylon is set up in the guideway of the valve plate, which can effectively reduce the friction between the valve body guide rail and the valve plate, decrease the abrasion of the sediment to the rubber gate, lower the switch torque and extend the life service of the gate. The driving part of the valve rod adopts double thread, which makes the switch speed of the valve twice of that of the common valve.
2. Integrated valve deck
Adopt the combination of the integrated valve deck with the locknut (bronze) to form the combined sealing of the O-ring and bronze, PTFE gasket and screw thread. Compared with the like products, it has not leakage points at the flange, and has the compact structure with free maintenance; Since the products were put into the market, there has not been maintenance case. In comparison with the sealing by the touching of traditional O ring and cast iron, the life service and sealing effect of the products in O ring has gained enhancement.
3. High cohesion intensity between the gate rubber and the cast iron framework.
The inner and outer surfaces of the cast iron framework are all covered with rubber, the thickness of the rubber is above the national standard, which adopts advanced glue molding technology, and the molded gate surface is smooth and clean without defects; The rubber thickness is well-distributed with high cohesion intensity, good elasticity and long life service.
4. Precision casting valves with high bearing and hard to break.
The valve body, deck and plate framework are all made of cast iron, adopt precision casting with precoated sand, good sealant of the casting, uniformity wall thickness, without air hole, crack and other defects, can withstand higher pressure and hard to break. The brass nut adopts die-cast formation technique, which has good physical performance and can withstand higher torque.
5. Food-grade sanitary requirement
The inner and outer surfaces of the valves adopt imported toxic electrostatic epoxy powder, the inner and outer surfaces of the valve plate are all covered with rubber, which will not cause rust or corrosion, and can be directly used for potable water supply system.
