Electric two-seat control valve takes single-phase AC 220V as action power, receives 0~10mA DC signal, automatically controls the opening of valve, and then continuously controls and adjusts pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level and other process parameters. It is an importance part of automatic regulation system, widely used in electric, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, light industry, food and other automatic control system
Structure principle
It's made up of DKZ series linear travel electric actuator and two-seat valve
Electric control valve inputs DC current signal of regulator, after being enlarged by servo amplifier it drives actuator, produces axial thrust, drives control valve, and causes change of media flow, to adjust all thermal parameters of the systems. At the same time, actuator produce a displacement signal, keep control valve at the corresponding position of input signal, to complete servo regulation.
After being equipped with DFD-09 electric actuator, it can realize manual and automatic switching of regulation system, can also remotely manual control, large capacity, when power is off, electric control valve can keep the state, then pull shot round and operate manually
