The type of on-off valve has the advantage of maintaining high integrity of components, traceability, process controls and tests that meet the demands of particular customers.
1. Materials:
Carbon steels, Low temperature carbon and low alloy(nicket)steels, chrome-moly low alloy steels, austenitic and austenitic -ferritic duplex stainless steels, nickel alloys.
2. Pressue classes:
The pressure classes are normally ranging from 150# to 300# and 600#
3. Size:
Size range depends on pressure class rquirements.
4. Standard:
Basic standard of reference is API 600, but also EN 12516 can be referred to.
Materials are either to ASTM/ASME standards or to EN standards, either harmonized or calculated to design conditions.
