Our Quality:
1. We make inspection by random before each shipment. And we can offer 100% inspection if it is needed.
2. We use go and no go gauge to test the thread before we start the thread rolling process and we also test the thread after we finished the plating to make sure our thread can meet the standard.
3. We make pressure testing to make sure our nipple can meet the standard pressure requirement.
4. We use the good quality spring and ball which will not rust easily and can be used for longer time.
5. We use salt spray test machine to test the zinc plating and nickel plating.
6. About packing, we use good quality out carton as well as strips to protect the products. Also pallet packing is available.
