Usage:
FDF series solenoid valve is suitable for refrigerating system with R12, R22 as its refrigerant. After compressor is closed, FDF solenoid valve will cut off connecting way between condensator and evaporator so that it can prevent overmuch refrigerant entering into evaporator from condensator and inhaling liquid refrigerant which will cause liquid attack when compressor is opened. Installation position please referred to above system drawing.
Working principle:
Straight move mode solenoid valve: After coil is energized, core plug overcomes the reversion spring force and opens the valve end under the effect of electromagnetic force. When the solenoid is de-energized, core plug closes valve end under the reversion force of spring.
Pilot piston mode solenoid valve: When coil is energized, core plug overcomes the spring force and open the valve end under the effect of electromagnetic force. After the valve end is opened, the pressure on piston will be decreased and form pressure difference because the balance aperture is far smaller than valve end. The pressure difference will overcome the spring force and weight of piston and push it up and finally open the main valve end. When the solenoid is de-energized, core plug closes the valve end under the force of spring. With the function of piston's balance aperture, the pressure above piston will be same with the pressure below and the pressure difference disappeared. Without the pressure difference, piston closes the main valve end under the force of spring and weight of piston.
Pilot membrane mode solenoid valve:After coil is energized, core plug overcomes the spring force and open the valve end under the effect of electromagnetic force. After the valve end is opened, the pressure on membrane will be decreased and form pressure difference because the balance aperture is far smaller than valve end. The pressure difference causes the distortion of membrane and the membrane near main valve end will move up and open the end. When the solenoid is de-energized, core plug closes the valve end under the force of spring. With the function of membrane balance aperture, the pressure above membrane will become same with the pressure below and the pressure difference disappeared. Without the pressure difference, membrane closes the main valve end under the force of spring and weight of core plug.
Usage Notice:
Make sure that flow direction of system's refrigerant should be consistent with arrowhead direction of solenoid valve so that the valve can be installed horizontally.
