Design principle: In the process of design, the stem deviates from center line of sealing surface, this is the first eccentric structure; stem deviates from center line of pipeline, then it forms the second eccentric sturcture. The double eccentri structure make the seal more tight, reduce friction during opening and closing. Also, with smaller rotation angle, butterfly plate disaffiliates from seat, then it can prolong the valves' service life.
