Forged steel ball valve is mainly used in all kinds of high pressure medium pipelines in chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum, pharmaceutical, etc. Applicable temperature: -196 ~ 450 ºC, Drive mode: manual, pneumatic, electric and hydraulic, nominal diameter: 1/2"~12", nominal pressure: 150LB~1500LB, applicable medium: water, gas, oil, natural gas and acid and alkali corrosive medium.
The main features of forging steel ball valve design: full bore/reducing, 90 degrees positioning and locking, special "Y" head of the handle, fire protection and anti-static, a pair of opposite butterfly spring, blow-out proof stem, double seal structure in central stem, bolt, screw gasket and seal bonnet.
