Scotch-yoke gas over oil actuator has a parabola-shape torque curve, which fits close with that of the quater-turn valve. This guarantees the safety of the valve during its running process.

We design and manufacture API 6A wellhead safety control systems widely used in Sichuan, Chongqing, Xinjiang, Jilin and Daqing. We also export control systems to US, Mexico and Turkmenistan. By now, more than 300 sets of wellhead safety control systems have been used on the gas and oil fields all over the world. We design an oil-testing manifold system to control 6 safety valves and 2 chokes. Our pipeline gas driving shut-down system directly takes purified natural gas out of the pipeline as its motive source to provide pipeline with high-pressure and low-pressure protection. This system is applicable to natural gas pipeline of no bigger than DN 300.
