SISCO Resilient Seated Grooved End Butterfly Valve Industrial Versions grooved end body design is to achieve fast and easy installation and un-installation on field. It offers economical yet reliable services for grooved end piping applications. With its unique feature, the valve is ideal for use of many industrial applications where a fast installation & un-installation is required, such as, mechanical rooms, process lines, condenser water-lines, dematerialized water-lines, water treatment system, boiler piping system, grooved piping system, and chilled & hot water-lines.
Valve body is coated with Epoxy (standard) or PPS (optional) inside-out to prevent possible internal and external corrosion. EPDM coated disc provides protection from chemical attack and erosion while forming a bubble tight shut-off against the inside wall of valve body.
Sisco grooved end butterfly valve is available in size 2 (DN50) thru 12 (DN300).
Material Configuration
The SISCO Grooved end butterfly valve grooved end butterfly valve is constructed of a Ductile Iron Body, Ductile Iron Disc with EPDM coating and 416 Stainless Steel Shaft, providing the most cost effective solution. Optional materials are also available to meet your specific application needs.
Operating Pressures
All SISCO Grooved end butterfly valves are rated at 175 psi bubble tight shut-off.
Flange and Pipe Schedule Compatibility
The standard C&C RBV-07 series grooved end butterfly valve are designed and manufactured in accordance with ANSI/AWWA C-606 Rigid Grooved Specification. Alternatively, SISCO Grooved end butterfly valve can also be custom made according to different international or corporate standards to fit in various grooved piping systems.
