Product introduction
HB4410 electric low-load butterfly control valve is independently developed by our company for practical working conditions in industries. It is designed, simulated and programmed with 3-dimension software UG, and processed with advanced high precision digital control machine. The structure is special, with the function of block-prevention, high-temperature resistance, applicable to the control of air and coal gas in metallurgy industry and glass industry.
The product is comprised of butterfly valve and electric actuator. Because an anti-high temperature bracket can be mounted on the valve, it can be used under the condition of high temperature.
The product has many good features such as control, quick open, sample structure, easy operation and maintenance, large caliber, light weight and large rated flow coefficient.
Product characteristics
1. Most parts of the electric actuator are made from aluminum alloy. And the whole machine has such characteristics as small cubage, light weight and compact structure.
2. Under the function of the sophisticated electric actuator, compared with other products in the same field, it is much better in such aspects as linearity, Hysteresis and dead band.
3. Large caliber, small flow resistance, large rated flow coefficient
4. With wrapping bearing, dustproof, tar-prevent and block-prevent.
6. Plain seat type structure may resist high temperature.

Working principle
The electric actuator provides the torque required for the open and close of disc. The output torque of power plant (generally refers to rotary motor) in actuator after increased through internal mechanical transmission directly drives valve. Under the control of microprocessor, the change of opening degree is proportional to the change of input signal; meanwhile, actuator feeds back output signals for position. When interruption of power supply occurs, hand wheel may be used to operate valve by hand.
