Package
The available packages for our toilet components include PE bag, 4C color printed PE bag, hang tag, blank box, printed box, window box, and blister pack. The MOQ may be different for different packaging methods. If you have special requirements, welcome to contact us at any time. If the printed box is chosen, the trademark on the box could be our own VGA brand or any customized marks. The custom logo should be presented by artwork in AI or CDR format, and the print proof is also necessary. However, if you can not provide such files and print proof, just simply give us your concepts and necessary information, and our designers can design the artwork for you at a reasonable price.
 
Customer's trademark
If you choose to use your own trademark, please provide us with the corresponding authorization certificate of the trademark. The trademark can be integrated to the product in various methods.
 
1. Full-color adhesive label. The label can be pasted on an obvious position. This method is simple and can provide more information, but the label is easy to fall off especially when it contacts water.
2. Silk printing or laser printing. These methods are widely adopted, but the presented information is limited to the trademark alone in most cases.
3. Carving on the product. By this way, your trademark can permanently stay with the products. However the MOQ is higher because we need to modify the original molds.
 
Customizable color
To match washrooms in different styles, our toilet products could come in different colors. Customers need to provide the Pantone color numbers or color swatches for our color matching. If a custom color is specified, the MOQ will be different for different kinds of products.
 
Installation manual
We can provide English installation manuals for different product. You can translate them into other languages if you want. Otherwise, we can find a professional translation company to help you, while the fee should be covered by customers. Then we can print the installation manuals in your chosen language.
 
Product customization
WEIJIA can provide customized toilet parts according to your requirements of different application, function, appearance, and so on. Our R&D team will make the design with the consideration of production convenience. After our design is confirmed by customers, we will then calculate the costs for mold making and the product separately for customer's approval. When we reach agreement on the terms after negotiation, we will finish the mold making and trial run within 45 days. The first article will be delivered to customers for confirmation before the volume production.
 
Product matching
All of our products come with detailed installation instruction. If you purchase ceramic toilet from China and use our toilet fittings for these toilets, we can send our engineers to your toilet factory to test and adjust product settings properly to match different toilet models. If your ceramic toilet factory is outside China, you could choose to send us your toilet for matching.
 
Wearing parts
Tell us how many wearing parts you need, we will deliver them together with the next order. The corresponding instruction manual for replacement will be dispatched together. No extra fee will be charged for the wearing parts.
 
Product return and change
Generally, the value of small quality products is significantly lower than that of the freight cost. So we don't accept product returning except for researching purpose. But if quality problem occurred during the warranty period, we can deliver free replacements which will be shipped together with the next order.
 
 
 
FAQ

Water pressure of fill valve
The water pressure range is about 0.02MPa ~ 1.6 MPa. The actual ranges of different models may have slight differences.
 
Filling speed of fill valve
The filling speed of our fill valve is 4.8-5L/min when the dynamic pressure of water is 0.05MPa/min.
 
Flushing speed of flush valve
The flushing speed for a 2" outlet flush valve is 2.2~2.7 L/s, while the 3" outlet ones can flush at a speed of 3.0~3.3 L/s. Minor differences may exist between different valves with different structures.
 
Working water level too high/low
The common problems are in the improper fill valve installation. You can lower or increase the height of the float and/or the fill valve according to the instruction manual.
 
No water fills in
Firstly you should check if the water supply valve is turned on. Then make sure the filtering screen is not blocked. Clear the screen if needed.
 
Water keeps filling in
The common reason is the float can not move freely. Check the float movement. If it is pressed by the cistern wall or retained by the water re-fill tube, please adjust the position of fill valve or tube.
 
Water leakage from the flush valve

It is most likely because the push rod is not aligned with the press button of flush valve body. Please adjust the push button.
