Accrding to the rules of ISO 15364 and IMO. MSC/Circ, 677/Circ 1009, high-velocity relief valve has been tested and type approved while moving by Classification Soirety. Test iten as follows:
A\Fire resistant and burnig again test.
B\open and close pressure test.
C\rate of flow and velocity of discharge test.
D\corrosion-resistant and frostbite resistant test.
E\pressure-resistant and airtight test.
Each of the products is tested in the laboratory which is appointed by Administration Organ. Shipping Inspection certificate and each of the valve's test pressure, rate of flow chart and rate of flow collecting table under all kinds of pressure are offered to the ship owner by our manfacturing factory.
The type approval test and factory leaving test of company'shigh-velocity relief valve are all carried out in Taixing Haixing High-velocity Relief Valve Inspection Center.
ISO high-velocity relief air flow valve test is in progress, the test data collected automatically by the system. The trial must be vertical and inclined to the state.
