Hot forging processing technology:

Our forging workshop has been producing hot forged parts for standard hydraulic fittings since we established in 2002 year, with wonderful experience of hot forging technology, we develop special shape forged body for hydraulic pipe connector, hydraulic pipe welding flanges, oil block, pipe clamp, blank etc, mainly used in construction machinery, agriculture machinery, truck etc.

We pay attention to hot forging technology, in order to save the material and CNC machining, improving our hydraulic parts function withstand high pressure situation. Here is one application, at the beginning, we developed OEM hydraulic fittings Cross with welding one end connection flange for Doosan construction machinery, this cross will withstand high pressure and vibration, welding area will be not stable and be difficult to control the quality, so we use our forging technology to make it successful as one forged body.

CNC machining technology:

We position ourselves as a manufacturer of high-quality hydraulic fittings, because we always invest the advanced precision CNC equipment, at the same time, we design and improve the specific machine with automation production line for the long-term development.

Our CNC workshop has been manufacturing hydraulic fittings since 1998 year, our Japanese customer help us to improve the CNC machining technology and quality control of special hydraulic adapters and fittings. It is to enable us to extend our related products range: hydraulic flanges and blocks (for Hyundai, Caterpillar etc construction machinery). Electroplating technology:

In 2012 year, we established the electroplating workshop, now we have the whole production line of hydraulic fittings. Our electroplating production line is automation and advanced, suspended plating from the beginning to the finished processing, clearness with ultrasound wave and water treatment. For high quality and advanced plating technology, the new Zn-Ni alloy plating technology we adopted, it make our parts more resistance rust.
