Hydraulic check butterfly valve with accumulator is the new product of our company developed on the basis of the latest technology from abroad. At present, the valve is the most modern of its kind in our country, which has both functions of gate valve and check valve. Two phases, the quick and slow closing action are driven according to pre-programmed procedures. It is an ideal controlling equipment to eliminate the damage to pipeline caused by water hammer.
This series of product is divided into environmental protection and conventional type:
A. Environmental protection type: Environmental protection coating which is harmless to personal health is adopted in the inside chamber, complying with the hygienic standard for drinking water, free from pollution to the medium in the pipe.
B. Conentional type: The anti corrosion and anti-rust coating with strong adhesive force is adopted in the inside chamber.
This valve can be divided into 2 types. The first is stainless type, adopting tri-eccentric construction with reliable sealing performance. When the disc is closed in place it is easy to trip off. The seal ring adopts stainless steel which is anti-erosive and wearable with long service life and convenience to maintain. The second is rubber soft sealing type, adopting soft sealing rubber which make easy of sealing ring exchange as well as insure corresponding performance. The used bearings are leadless and self-lubricated with the advantage of strong bearing capacity, good wear resistance, and small frictional force. The shaft end seal adopts self-tightening double seal with good seal effect. The disc is of streamline design with small flow resistance coefficient(<0.2). The strength and rigidity of the valve are good and the body strength test can bear 2 times of nominal pressure. The appearance of valve is novel and beautiful.
