Hydraulic control butterfly valve
1. Include hydraulic heavy hammer style and hydraulic energy storage style, expansion joint, upper stream and lower stream connector, by-pass pipe, by-pass and air release valve and draining system accessories
2. Widely used in hydropower station, installing in turbine inlet port as water control
Characteristics:
1. Main valve adopts dual eccentric or tri-eccentric design, have single seat seal or double seat seal structure
2. Sealing parts include rubber- SS to ensure high performance and safety
3. Valve body adopts integral welded frame to have enough strength and stiffness
4. Valve disc adopts integral eccentric dual flat plate joist frame structure to have small flow resistance and water energy loss
5. Valve shaft adopts oil free self lubricating bearing and axial seal to be silt proof case structure, fulfilling fine sealing and easy maintenance
6. Valve has reliable hydraulic locking device to prevent disc vibrating when disc in full open position
7. Manual mechanical locking device to avoid incident by disoperation during overhauling
8. Valve has advance control system. Programmable control system base on PLC to fulfill local or long distance auto-control
Special technical parameters:
1. Nominal diameter (DN): ≤ 500, 900, 2400, 2500, 3900, 4000 and 5000mm
2. Valve open duration: 20 to 60, 30 to 90, 50 to 120 and 90 to 180s
3. Valve close duration: 20 to 60, 30 to 90, 50 to 120 and 90 to 180s
4. Rated hydraulic pressure: 6.3 or 16.0MPA
5. Note: When necessary, the valve can fulfill fast, slow two stages in close
6. Fast close angle: 65 ± 100 adjustable, slow close angle: 25± 100
Main part materials:
1. Valve body: GGG40, WCB and 16Mn
2. Valve shaft: Stainless steel, 20SiMn and 40Cr
3. Valve disc: GGG40, WCB and 6Mn
4. Sealing trims Buna, EPDM and stainless steel
