Working Principle
The main valve is installed on the outside of the water tank, the float pilot valve installed in the tank. When the liquid is lowered, the float pilot valve open, the loss of pressure on the control chamber, the main valve is opened, to supply water to the water tank. When the liquid level rises the float pilot valve closed, the upper control chamber pressure is increased, the main valve is closed, to stop supplying water to the water tank.
Installation and adjustment
1, the best way to install is installed in a horizontal pipe, valve cover upward;
2, installation outside the body water labeled arrows, follow the direction of the installation;
3, prior to installation to complete removal of debris inside the pipe, piping must be thoroughly washed with water;
Valve before you want to install a filter valve should install a gate valve, in order to repair;
5, test the water, slowly open the valve before the gate valve, pay attention to the control line is leaking outside the body. Hand when the copper ball valve is closed, the main valve can be closed, if the main valve can not close the main valve sealing surface of the folder with the stolen goods, dual-chamber diaphragm drive mechanism removed, clear water and try again after the stolen goods;
6, copper filter should be cleaned regularly.
