4. Electric Diaphragm Pump Characteristic
--- Combined the advantages of self-priming displacement pump and chemical pump. Integrated structure of motor and pump. Completely isolated and anti-leakage, with favorable performance in oil resistance, heat resistance and chemistry resistance.
--- Self-priming and overheat protection, stable running, no damaged under long time life testing, small size and low noise.
--- Non-chemical seal, built-in valve could prevent flowing backwards.
--- Prevent sputtering, heat exhaust from internal, free of external heatsink.
--- The pump body is made of anti-corrosive PP, the internal structure is made of diversified synthetic, rubbers to achieve best chemical adapt ability.
--- It is reliable for self-priming with internal check valve, the pump is controled by pressure switch(on/off).
--- Available voltage 12VDC / 24VDC / 36VDC / 110VAC / 220VAC, apply for independent pump chamber, self-priming lift reaches 12 inches (370cm).
--- By adjusting the switch, the max output pressure can be improved by 30%~50%, but it should not be too high, otherwise, the rubber parts will be damaged or the life will be shortened.
