The inserted-plate valve is specializedly designed for the ash evacuation system of the boiler of the coal-fired power plant. Its structure applies to the handling system of the powdered coal-ash in all kinds of conditions. It is generally installed at the ash hole of the lower part of the electrostatic precipitator and at the ash-unloading outlet of the ash silo. When the system is operating, it is always in the state of opening and when examining and maintaining, the valve is closed.

The inserted plate adopts the surface polishing handling towards the stainless steel plate, guaranteeing that open and close freely. The changing diameter of the sealing valve port is very small which can assure that the valve is closed tightly. According to the requirements of the users, the valve can be equipped with the pneumatic device or electric device.
