3)Upper and lower guiding ring on the disc
The cavity-guided disc has an upper and lower guiding ring, the top and bottom of the valve disc simultaneously oriented, composing a piston disc in the body cavity to eliminate sticking, surface scratches, and valve vibration phenomenon under different pressure. The guidance ring in the bottom of the disc makes the fluids traverse the valve nearly in a straight line which can effectively avoid breakdown caused by side crashing.
4)With the best CV value
Tilt structure of the stem and the best design of the channel's shape make the media flowing in nearly linear fashion, thus achieving a higher CV values And lower pressure head loss.
5)Sealing surface with overlaying welding special process
Surfacing carbide sealing surface with special process on the valve body provides a compact structure. Conical sealing surface can provide a reliable and durable seal by a small axial force only.
