Introduction:
LZ manual spiral gate valve (plate valve) is a new type of plate valve. With advantage of simple structure, easy operation, light weight, no jam, switch off fast, installation convenient, opening size adjustable etc. it is suitable for conveying and flowing control of various no-viscosity solid, powder material, granular material and crystal particle.
It is widely used in building material, metallurgy, mining, electric power, chemical industry, glass, light industry and foodstuff industries etc. It is the ideal equipment for the working condition of controlling large-variation flowing, startover frequently, switch off fast etc.
Working principle:
It is made up of frame, valve plate, lead screw, screw nuts, hand wheel etc. The working process is: turn hand wheel round by hand, then lead screw bring screw nuts and plate valve making reciprocating movement of horizontal direction, the task of opening and closing gate is finished.
