CC-AManual Ultra-high Vacuum Gate Valve uses a handle to drive steel ball shelf, to perform valve plate open and close action, fold plate by spring force, open then exit. It is used to put through or cut off the air passage in ultrahigh vacuum system. Applicable medium can be pure air and noncorrosive gases.
