1. Product feature:
The vacuum packing machine adopts HYAAC 4 micro-processing weight monitor and control system, includes multi-menu function, weight checking feedback, packing statistics, calibration by touch key and password protection, also for vacuum pumps and filter bags. The packer is equipped with butterfly valve, air rotary activator and standardized inflatable spout. With its rigid construction and high quality components, the vacuum packing machine satisfies the highest industry standard.
2. Working principle:
Materials are fed into packing system by free flowing or passively and packed into bags. Then the air in the bag will be discharged out by negative pressure in the vacuum hopper, while the components adjust the pressure of vacuum hopper under the control of frequency conversion. The feeding valve with big feeding and small feeding controls the flow quantity of materials. Packing process is finished.
