1. Product Summarize

Butterfly valve functions as open-close part in the rotating circular butterfly disc with valve stem, could achieve the opening and closing of the valve. Butterfly valves for shut-off valve can also be designed to make regulation and truncation.
Three eccentric hard seal butterfly valve has no mechanical wear, could achieve zero leakage. Used for throttling or shutting off the flow of corrosive or non corrosive gases, liquids and semi liquid. 2. Structure Feature

2.1 Fluid resistance is small. And for middle and large size butterfly valve, the effective area is larger when fully opened.

2.2 Rapid open and close, more effort saved. The startup is easy and quick.

2.4 Triple Eccentric
The stem axis offsets a certain size with the sealing surface of the disc; The sealing surface of the disc offsets a certain size with the axis of the passage of the valve body; The passage of the valve body offsets an eccentric angle with the rotation axis of valve seat. Therefore, the valve is called three-eccentric butterfly valve. When butterfly valve opens from 0 ° To 90 ° , butterfly valve sealing surface will immediately detach from the seat sealing surface; When it closes from 90 ° To 0 ° , only at the off moment the conical sealing surface of butterfly disc will contact and compact the conical sealing surface of valve seat. So there is no friction between the sealing surface of the valve seat and the disc, which would avoid any possibility of wear and leakage.

2.5 Torque seal
Because of three eccentric structure, the driving torque of the valve stem produces seal special pressure between the major and vice sealing surface when valve is closing.
It eliminates the reducing and disappearance of the seal special pressure for conventional resilient seat, which caused by the aging, cold flow, elastic failure factors. And staff could adjust seal special pressure at will by changing driving torque, so that the triple eccentric butterfly valve sealing performance is improved and the life of the butterfly valve is greatly improved.

2.6 Stacked soft and hard metal seal structure
By using seal stacked with stainless steel and flexible graphite, the seal has the dual advantages of metal seal and elastic seal, has excellent seal performance no matter in low or high temperature conditions.

2.7 Valve Seal Surface
Using surfacing hard alloy or stainless steel makes sealing surface high strength, hardness and good wear resistance.
