Main Features:
The design conforms to the API Spec. 6A.
It includes safety valve and hydraulic actuator. It is the executive mechanism of the safety system on the well.
High pressure current is injected to the upper part of the cylinder to compress the spring of the lower part and to open the valve.
When the wellhead equipment bears over-pressure, the control system will release the pressure according to the signal transmitted by the sensor which will make the forced spring to push the diaphragm to close the valve for ensuring surface equipment safety.
