Model FAQFP safety valve is a simple and high-performance safety device for wells or pipes. The safety valve is designed to connect to the joint on the top of the drill pipe or oil pipe. When the well blowout occurs, close the wellhead quickly and stop the blowout, so it can improve the security. When the external blowout prevention pipes are connected, open the safety valves, then the pipes would be put through again.
Model FAQFP safety valve is of ball-valve structure, and this ball valve design could enable the seal be closer and operation easier. The standard test pressure of the safety valve is 10,000psi, can work efficiently under high pressure.
Model FAQFP safety valve is made up of wrench, upper tube, lower tube, ball, switch valve shaft, fixed copper sheathing, compaction copper sheathing, wave spring and diversified seal rings. When operation, screw the switch valve shaft by wrench, let the indicator point to "OPEN", the pipes are through, then could do any regular operations. When blowout or leak occurs, screw the switch valve shaft by wrench, let the indicator point to "CLOSE", then the pipes are shut, can stop the blowout.
