ZZY Series of Self-operated Control Valve, there is no need for any external power source, only used fluid own energy to adjusted the valve opening automatically, and pressure set value can be adjusted freely during on working condition. With advantages of quick-opening flow characteristic, flexible operation, good sealing performance, stable fluid pressure, high regulating precision level and low leakage etc. It is widely used in automatic control of the inlet-valve and outlet-valve pressure reduction, stabilization of the fluids, such as air, liquid and vapor in various industrial equipments, like industries in petroleum, chemical engineering, electric power, metallurgy, food, light textile, machinery manufacturing and residential buildings etc. With the condenser, it can continuous on working under 350º Csteam condition.
Self-operating regulating valve:
1) For ZZY/ZZC/ZZV series self-operating regulating valves, there is no need for any external power source, used fluid adjusted by own energy to regulate automatically, saving power source, pressure set value can be adjusted free during working, quick-opening flow, flexible operation, good sealing property, stable medium pressure, high regulating precision and low leakage. ZZY series self-operating pressure regulating valve(also called pressure regulating valve for short).
The valve needn't air supply, which is self-operating which can work without airsupply and electrical signal. It saves too much energy, and the pressure can be regulating anytime. The valve works on quick open flow characteristic, action quickly after service condition changed, and sealed well. So the valves are used for so many field, such as petrotech, chemical industry, power station, metal industrial, food, textile, machine manufacture, and construction etc.
2) This series of products includes many type such as ZZY standard(self-operated regulating valve), ZZYP-150Ib (self-operated regulating valve with operated director), ZZC(self-operated pressure difference regulating valve) and ZZV( self-operated micro-pressure nitrogen-sealing regulating valve). The PN grade of this series of products are 150LB, 300LB and 600LB, 900LB, the body DN about 1/2-12 inches, the leakage standard is IV grade or V grade, the flow property is quick opening and sorts of specification are optional.
