S valve both ends of pipeline adopts parabola, the middle period of linear mixture, reducing the reverse thrust. S valve pumping strengthen liquidity.
Maintenance methods: (1) check the needle of chip oil distributor whether working when the pump is running, if not stop to check. Keep all big and small bearing lubrication normal, change all sizes of bearing seal in time. (2)Adopt manual lubrication pump truck, requires every 15 minutes hand pressure lithium base grease injection pump more than 10 times. (3) after the pumping work, require an empty machine pumping more than 5 minutes and pressure lubrication pump, ensure that plenty of oil overflow each point.
Warranty period: Half a year (from the date of delivery) or accumulated 300 hours, depend on the first reaching the goal.
