Operation of Standalone Gas Leakage Alarm / gas detector / LPG detector
Turn on the gas leakage alarm detector, the green LED flashes,that implies gas alarm is warming-up,the green led is stable(standby status) after 3 minutes. in the standby status, if the alarm detects the gas leakage, the red and green LEDS should light on simultaneously for 1 second. that implies it is tranmitting wireless singal to the panel, also it would output a 12v to automatically shut off the valve within 1 second to block the gas leaking, also at the same time, output a wired signal, then, the green LED goes out and red LED goes on, the built-in siren sounds, if you install the exhaust fan, also the gas alarm would output 110V/220V to turn on the fan so that the leakage gas could be exhausted by fan. when the gas thikness is lower to a safe standard, the siren stopes sound and the exhaust fan stops, while the red LED is still on, so when the user is back, you can know the gas alarm alarmed when you are out.
You can also press the test button, auto reset the gas leakage alarm detector.
Introduction of Solenoid valve:
The solenoid valve is mainly used together with the gas alarm to shut off the gas pipe when there is a gas leakage. It complies with the European GASTEC standard.
Normally, it is required to pull up the top plug (the red key) of solenoid valve manually, at this time, it allows the gas getting through. When there is a gas leakage, the gas alarm would send a pulse signal (12v DC) to shut off the valve automatically, then the gas leakage is stopped. After the gas leaking problem solved, you have to pull up the plug manually when power off.
