QDF steam solenoid valve
ZQDF steam solenoid valve is the actuator of industrial process automatic system, after receiving electric-control signal it can automatically open or close valve, realizing control of media's open or off, as well as the flow, thus, automatically regulate or remote control pressure, temperature, flow and other parameters in the system.
This valve widely used in industries and research departments like textiles, printing, chemicals, plastics, rubber, pharmaceutical, food, building materials, machinery, electrical, surface treatment and daily life like bathroom, dining room, air-conditioning. ZQDF series used to control air, steam, gas and other gas media; ZQDF-Y series solenoid valve is applicable for tap water, distilled water, frozen salt water, electroplating waste and other liquid media, also applicable for oils of which viscosity less than 4° E
Structures features
Decay resistance: Main components: Valve plug, valve body are stainless steel and casting steel, with good performance of decay resistance
Heat resistance: Electromagnetic and sealing parts are special high-temperature resistant thermal and sealing materials, also adopts active insulation measures.
Wear-resistance: Reasonable material, based on the lubrication of fluid between valve plug and valve body, reduce wear
Condensation resistance: Condensate on steam pipes is main element that influences action of solenoid valve, however, this valve is not affected by condensate
