Test and inspection
When raw material arrive, we must recheck chemical composition and mechanical property.
We do NDE test randomly for critical parts of valves before machining and during machining.
Each valve must be done by shell and seal hydrostatic pressure test and air pressure test when they are sent out.
And RT, UT, MT, PT, cryogenic and firesafe test are available upon customer's request.
