This valve is mounted on the liquidoid refluence pipeline of the pan pump's outlet of the liquefied petroleum gas station, when front pump pressure exceeds the stipulated value, the valve will open automatically and lead to safe return of the liquid so that ensures the safe operation of equipments and pipelines.

Vacuum negative pressure safety valve
L Main application
1. Vacuum valve is mainly used in negative pressure system. When container's negative pressure greater thanthe set value, valve open automatically, and induced air. When negative pressure back to normal set value, valve close. And that assured the industrial system safety work.
2. Used for non-negative system, various corrosive container, likeabsorption tower, distillation tower, and storage tank. When it needs inlet steam to clean, if blow off valve haven't open, the steam will condense, and lead to negative pressure, but valve can open promptly and assure the production good running.
Safety reflux valve (return valve; Reverse flow valve)
L Usage
Reflux valves install at the liquid reflux pipe of LPG tank pump outlet. When the front pump pressure greater than rated value, safety reflux valve reduce pressure& back flow.
L Structure
Safety reflux valve include flange parallel type (picture 4) and right-angle type (picture 2). Disc sealing material is PTFE (picture 5), good sealability. Valve open and close function is realized by the inlet and outlet different pressure.
L Working principle
When inlet pressure isgreater than outlet pressure of 0.5MPa, spring is compressed, and valve open automatically. When inlet pressure is less than outlet pressure of 0.5MPa, the valve get closed automatically by spring moving.
