Grank type gate valve
Suitable for the gas, could blast and flue gas pipelines of hot blast furnace, used for chimney valve, gas combustion valve, cold blast valve or gas shut off valve.
Sealed by medium pressure, wedge type valve disc.
Before opening, ensure pressure equalized.
Main material:ZG230-450,Q235 and high quality alloy.
The valve is not suitable for large size blast furnace. It should be used in lower- pressure and low temperature system of small size blast furnace.
Rack type cold blast valve
Suitable for the branch cold blast pipelines of hot blast furnace, used for cold blast shut-off valve.
Sealed by medium pressure.
This kind of valve has two types, one marked 'm' in the model number means a small accessorial valve disc is fixed on the main valve disc. When opening the main valve disc, the accessorial valve disc should be opened first to equalize the system pressure. The other type has no accessorial valve disc fixed, whose model number without subscript 'm'.
The valve should be installed on vertical pipelines. The valve body is on horizontal direction.
Main material: HT250, Q235 and high quality alloy.
We suggest it is used at minitype blast furnace.
Fan-shaped type goggle valve
Suitable for the gas pipelines of hot blast furnace, served as gas shut-off valve.
Valve type marked "b" means the body have bellows fixed.
Exchange the position of the through hole and the blind plate, the valve get opened, the movement must be done after the seal face get loosed and which operated orderly.
Rubber sealing face.
Driving mode: manual, hydraulic or motor driving.
Vertical installation.
Main material: Q235and high quality alloy.
Open type leaf type goggle valve
Suitable for the gas pipelines of blast furnace, served as gas shut-off valve.
The type marked "k" means it is opening type, marked "y" means hydraulic driving, gas will leak out when opening, it is suitable for outdoor gas pipelines.
The sliding plate is composed of a through hole and a blind plate. Rubber seal. Its movement and seal get controlled separately, operated orderly, and the action should be achieved when the seal is released.
Drive mode: hydraulic ,motor driving or equipped as requirement.

Completely enclosed goggle valve
Suitable for the gas pipelines of blast furnace, served as no-leak gas shut-off valve.
The valve is completely enclosed form, and has no leakage, which could be fixed indoors safely.
The sliding plate is composed of a through hole and a blind plate. Rubber seal. Its movement and seal get controlled separately, operated orderly, and the action should be achieved when the seal is released.
Drive mode: hydraulic, motor driving or design as customer's requirement.
