Top entry ball valve is a new product researched and developed by our company through adopting advanced technologies at home and abroad on the basis of our years of experience in desigh and manufacturing. In addition to having the features of side entry trnnion mounted ball valves, it also has the following features:
1. Integral body design, top entry trunnion mounted support, flange or butt welding structure.
2. The Inconel bellows spring makes the sealed metal seat move towards the ball. It is provided with inlet and outlet two-way sealing function.
3. It adopts the unique seat retraction technology, in-line replacement of the ball, stem, stem seal ring, metal seat and bellows spring is realized, and the torque is reduced to be the lowest to facilitate valve operation.
4. With long service life, it is easy to repair and convenient to install. Repair and replacement of the trim can be carried out without the need of removing the valve from ordinary valves to automatically adjust the sealing position.
5. It is preset with the actuator piatform and screw holes, whcih conform to the requirements in ISO5211. It can be mounted with an actuator at any time according to different user requirements.
6. The valve is provided with the double block and bleed function.
7. The manual top enry ball valve adopts a high strength ball and stem integral structure, ensuring precise positioning of the ball.
8. The stem adopts a blow-out prevention structure to enhance the safety of valve operation.
