ZSHVE Pneumatic Eccentric Ball Valve
The valve body is made by forged technology with impact structure, small cubage and good pressure resistance.
The "V" disc is installed eccentrically. When closed, a large eccentric force is generated by the disc to press it tight to the gasket for the best sealing effect. When open, the disc disengages from the gasket quickly to avoid the abrasion of the gasket.
There are soft and metal sealing gaskets for selection to meet the different demands of the working situation. And the satellite alloy surface can be used to the hard conditions.
The eccentric structure reduces the operating torque greatly and increases the allowable pressure head.
The surface of the disc has been endurance and abraded to make it smooth and anti-friction. And the satellite alloy can be built up on the sealing surface...
Transportability and 100% adjustable rate
When the V-shaped disc is closed to the sealing gasket, it can cut off the fiber of the medium and ext rude out the grains. So it is specially applicable to the mediums such as paper pulp, sewage and other mediums containing fibers and grains, of course, it can be used for the common mediums.
The standard actuator(pneumatic piston type and electric) can be counterchanged.
The PN grade is 150 and 300. The DN is 1-10 inches, the leakage rate standards are IV, and the valve spool corner is 90° .
