1. Safety valve introduction:
Safety valve-extra-pressure protection device takes care of press equipments, container and on-line pipe. When medium`s pressure rises over the allowed pressure, safety valve will automatically open and fully discharge to protect the equipment from pressure going on rising and will automatically close when the pressure lowers to the setting pressure.
2. Vacuum negative-pressure safety valve:
This type safety valve is applicable in negative pressure system with temperature ≤ 200º C, when the negative pressure in the container exceeds the allowable value, the valve will open automatically and absorbs air;
When the negative pressure in the container reaches the allowable value, the valve will close automatically so as to protect the equipment and the system.
It is to be installed in normal non-negative pressure system, when the discharge valve of the container and system has not opened, which produces the negative pressure, this valve will open automatically.
3. Pay attention in installing and maintaining safety valve
1) All kinds of safety valve should be installed vertically
2) There should be no resistance in exit of safety valve to avoid pressure
3) Safety valve should have special test and seal test before installation
4) Using-safety-valve should be checked regularly
