ZZFX/ZZFW Series of Explosion-Proof Flame-Arresting Breather Valve use stainless steel, high quality aluminum alloy and cast iron to manufacture, with advantages of light weight and good corrosion resistance performance. Sealing surface (which it's between disc and seat) is made of engineering plastics. When valve is closing, it has a good sealing performance to meet ANSI B16.104 VI standard. Fire resistant layer is made of stainless steel, and uses the porous flame retardant measures, so it has a good fire resistance performance. Whole structure is designed by according to self-operated principles, which is best choice of explosion-proof structure.
