working principle 

The upper valve shaft (1) drive  sphere(2)( a eccentric semi-ball placing in the valve body)rounding  the upper valve (1) and the under valve shaft(4) does 90-degree rotate. Valve body(2) enter into valve seat(3) when clockwise. Under the function of eccentric, sphere (2) pressure valve seat(3) to reach seal and make valve close. When anticlockwise, under the function of eccentric, sphere (2) break away from valve seat (3), it is totally close when rotate 90-degree.

 

 

 

Feature

1) the valve body of ball valve is integrally casting, that is fully fashioned, whole ball without bolt, without weld, make valve body seal more reliable, and it is more short than common valve body, light weigh, conveniently install; straight-through type, without flow resistance, valve ball adopt hemisphere design, hemisphere volume is only quarter of whole ball, and motoring torque of valve ball is decreased and reach high efficient and energy saving.

2) Valve  adopt three eccentric design, that is:1  valve shaft is deviation from the centerline of valve ball; 2.valve shaft is deviation from the centerline of valve channel; 3.rotary valve shaft is form a angle with the metal sealing surface of valve ball. Specific geometry can fast release the pressure valve shaft to seal ring, reduce wear. Valve ball is only rotate a little angle, valve body seal surface will break away from valve ball seal surface, valve body is not touching with valve ball and reduce resistance during turn on and off.(1.2.3 are equivalent to the above picture )

3) Seal ring of valve body and valve ball is overlaying adopt stainless steel or hard alloy, reach metal seal, increase abrasion and heat-resistant performance, and overcome the disadvantage of seal ring huge deflection and bad heat-resistant performance, make semi-ball more wear resistant corrosion resistant and more long lift.

4) Semi-ball valve have a unique good performance in the disgusting condition of pipe medium and existing dust particle, easily scaling, dusty places. There are  the factions of scraping dirt, and   degusting when valve ball seal surface and valve body seal surface, make semi-ball valve normal running in the bad condition.

5) It adopt different material and design according to pipe medium condition, make semi-ball valve suitable the different function of ash handing, dedusting, scraping dirt, coal injection.
