Product Description
Executive Standards
1. The manufacture and acceptance specification shall be based on the Japanese Standard E101 applied for the thermal power and JB/T3595-93.
2. Length shall be in line with E101 or by users specification.
3. The welding groove shall be in accordance with power industry specification 78DG or by users specification.
Structural advantages and features:
1. The advanced technology and direct-connection structure adopted by this series of valves maximally reduce the loss of energy and the coefficient of flow resistance, notably extend the working life and remarkably enhance its performance.
2. With a middle cavity of pressure self-tighten seal structure, the valve has high sealing performance. Both ends of the branch pipe are of welding structure.
3. The sealing surfaces of the flash board and valve seat are welded of sellite cobalt hard alloy, providing excellent performance of abrasion proof, high temperature resistance, corrosion proof, and galling resistance.
4. By seasoning and surface nitrogen treatment, the valve stem provides a good performance of corrosion resistance and galling resistance.
5. The structure of the switch part can be designed into different forms of single panel, double panel and parallel double panel as required.
